Motivation on over kill
A Brooklyn native born in '88, Mook was raised by a single mother who loved R&B soul while all his friends were hardcore hiphop fans. In high school he played several brass instruments (trumpet, baritone, tuba, etc). Mook started rapping at the age of 10, but became serious about it at the age of 12 when he received his first cd player and a copy of the Ludacris album Back For the First Time. In 2011, he decided to take his music career to the next level. Mook built his own in home studio and began recording. Mook's latest work, entitled Do The Right Thing, Mook, is loosely based off of the famous Spike Lee Movie and his life.
